Originally drawn in 1997, this 'Two-Face'-esque image of Mr. Happy was tapping into the idea of duality. Extreme in its portrayal of this concept, I enjoyed trying to literally stitch together the two ideas into one image blending simple cartoon character styles with my early attempts at comic-book style artwork. 

Almost 30 YEARS later, and with the advent of digital art, ProCreate specifically, I was able to finally finish the piece and give a bit of colour too. I absolutely LOVE this piece as it has a special place in my heart from back then and now, with it's new lease on life, I can share it and enjoy it in full colour. 

Who knows, I may even take it further one day. But for now, the main image is a pretty nice touch-up of an old piece.
